About The Position

Mobily, one of AT&T’s nationally authorized retailers, is seeking a Bilingual Retail Sales Consultant (BRSC). This role offers unlimited earning potential through lucrative commission plans and a clear career path for upward mobility into leadership positions. The company provides comprehensive training and tools for success. Key responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, offering tailored solutions to meet customer needs, and upholding the professionalism of Mobily and the AT&T brand. Consultants will also assist with store operations, strive to achieve sales goals and KPIs, and may be required to participate in outside sales events, community engagements, or promotional activities to support customer acquisition and brand awareness. Participation in these events is considered a condition of employment.

Requirements

  • Clear communication skills - attitude and technical aptitude.
  • Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
  • At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
  • Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must have reliable transportation to the location.
  • Must live within 30 minutes of home store location with the flexibility to work at multiple locations within a district as needed.
  • Ability to operate a personal computer.
  • Adhere to company policy while maintaining a neat and professional appearance.
  • Bilingual

  • A background in retail sales is helpful.
  • Strong Social Media presence preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide extraordinary customer service by being compassionate towards and understanding their needs.
  • Build value by offering tailored and thoughtful solutions to fit each person, family, or business.
  • Represent our Company and the AT&T brand with the utmost professionalism and courtesy.
  • Assist our leaders with store operations and duties.
  • Achieve sales goals and KPIs (which can lead to that much-needed extra bonus payment).
  • Participate in outside sales events, community engagements, or promotional activities on behalf of AT&T.
  • Engage with customers, representing AT&T products and services, distributing marketing materials, and assisting with event setup or breakdown at such events.
