About The Position

This role is for a Bilingual Retail Sales Consultant responsible for exceeding monthly sales quotas and delivering complete, high-quality sales that meet company benchmarks on key metrics. The consultant will drive sales of preferred handsets, rate plans, features, and accessories according to company guidance and management-set benchmarks. They are expected to practice specific behaviors and best practices to maximize sales and key metrics, act as a role model, and assist new hires and peer Retail Sales Consultants. Other work-related tasks will be assigned by management. Operationally, the consultant must adhere to all company policies and paperwork procedures outlined in the Handbook, Training Courses, and Sun Com policy documents. They are required to master systems such as Aktivate, ADP, and Cricket Learning, and regularly check sales paperwork for discrepancies or errors. Responsibilities also include following cash depositing procedures and taking full responsibility for any deficiencies caused by error or negligence, protecting and maintaining company assets, and using proper judgment to avoid fraudulent purchases. When opening or closing a store, accurate and timely completion of checklists with zero errors is required, along with immediate communication of any inventory deficiency to supervisors. The consultant must safeguard all codes and passwords (e.g., RQ4, Carrier logins, Email, Security), maintain store appearance, and complete all required training within established timelines. Additional duties include following company policies, accurately recording time and attendance in RQ4, adhering to schedules, providing adequate notice for time off requests, and taking personal responsibility for problems within their control.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
  • Minimum of 4 days/30 hours per week.
  • Able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Must have reliable transportation to location, training and off-site meetings.
  • Spanish (Required)

  • Retail sales: 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Exceed monthly sales quotas.

  • Perform as a role model and offer assistance for all new hires and peer Retail Sales Consultants.
  • Perform other work-related tasks, as assigned by management.
  • Adhere to all policies, as outlined in the Handbook and other company communications.
  • Adhere to all paperwork procedures, as outlined in the Handbook, Training Courses and Sun Com policy documents.
