About The Position

This is a Part Time role for a Bilingual Retail Customer Service Specialist at Sherwin-Williams. Customer Service Specialists are responsible for working closely with wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs, answer questions about products, and recommend suitable solutions. They are also expected to promptly resolve customer concerns, ensure maximum client satisfaction, stay updated with product features, and maintain the high quality and visual standards of the products and store. A key objective is to achieve excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store’s sales goals. Requirements

  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
  • Required to work at multiple locations within a 15-mile radius of Store #703559, located at: 202 164 St SW #D: Lynnwood, WA 98087
  • A review of criminal history is necessary
