The Bilingual Resource Line Representative is a temporary, full-time position responsible for assisting with incoming calls, triaging them, and providing necessary support. This role involves scheduling appointments for Ryan White Eligibility and Health Insurance Open Enrollment, requiring bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. The position is based in either Reno or Las Vegas and is set to conclude on 02/25/2025.

Schedule Ryan White eligibility, case management, and open enrollment appointments in all necessary systems.
Use AHN software systems to correctly document interactions with clients and direct to appropriate team members.
Input critical caller information into databases.
Implement coordinated strategies to ensure effective caller assistance.
Work closely with the Supervisor to ensure that caller issues are handled efficiently.
Effectively communicate with all AHN departments, as needed.
Create and maintain effective working relationships with partner organizations.
Implement critical thinking abilities with an emphasis on research skills and resourcefulness.
Demonstrated experience in planning and execution of organization communication.
Ability to be both compassionate and professional while serving our staff and population.
Ability to evaluate callers' needs and communicate complex concepts.
Other duties as assigned.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Required to pass a background check through the State of Nevada.
Gain a clear and basic knowledge of Access to Healthcare Network administrative duties, services, and systems, including eligibility criteria and enrollment process.
Knowledge of health care insurance is necessary.
Abide by HIPAA requirements.
