About The Position

Jordan Credit Union seeks an employee who cares about the financial needs of our members and will do everything they can to make our member's day better. They must find satisfaction in serving others, understand the value and purpose of their job, strive for personal growth and excellence, and work autonomously through learning and innovation. HOURS Monday through Friday from 8:45am to 6:15pm with a half day off each week. Rotating Saturdays from 9:45am to 2:15pm.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older and fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Assist members and potential members with their Credit Union needs.
• Process financial transactions, involving paying and receiving cash and other negotiable instruments in accordance with Credit Union procedure.
• Explain services, set up new accounts, respond to problems, and direct members to the appropriate people.
• Consistently demonstrate the ability to think independently, outside the box, and effectively respond to each member's unique situation.
