About The Position

As our U.S. business continues to expand, we are seeking Bilingual Recruitment Consultants fluent in Korean who are passionate about consultative sales, cross-border recruitment, and relationship-driven business development. About the Role Ideal candidates are bilingual professionals with experience in B2B/B2C sales, recruitment, account management, or client-facing roles who want to grow a long-term career in consultative recruitment. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while acting as a trusted advisor to U.S.-based and Asia-connected clients, leveraging your language skills to support multinational hiring needs.

Requirements

  • 1–5 years of experience in recruitment, B2B/B2C sales, or client-facing roles
  • Fluent in Korean (business-level or native)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Commercial mindset with accountability and ownership
  • Ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in consultative or solution-based sales
  • Exposure to recruitment or professional services
  • MBA or advanced business education
  • Experience supporting multinational or cross-border clients

Responsibilities

  • Build new client relationships through outbound sales, networking, and referrals
  • Manage and expand accounts with Korean-speaking clients
  • Act as a recruitment partner for multinational and Asia-linked businesses
  • Negotiate terms and close recruitment agreements
  • Source bilingual candidates via headhunting, job boards, social media, and internal databases
  • Conduct interviews in English and Korean as required
  • Manage end-to-end interview processes between candidates and clients
  • Present qualified candidates and advise clients on hiring strategies
  • Manage offers, negotiations, and successful placements
  • Own sales and recruitment pipelines from start to finish
  • Meet and exceed individual revenue, placement, and KPI targets
  • Maintain accurate reporting, forecasting, and CRM updates
