About The Position

We’re seeking a Bilingual Recruiting Assistant to support our Talent Acquisition team by helping attract, engage, and onboard top talent. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, stays highly organized, and is confident communicating in both English and Spanish. As a Recruiting Assistant, you’ll play a key role in delivering a positive candidate experience by supporting the hiring process from initial outreach through onboarding. You’ll collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure candidates feel informed, supported, and excited to join the team.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or coursework in HR or Business preferred
  • Previous experience in recruiting, HR, customer service, or administrative support preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working with phones, email, text messaging, and basic office technology
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
  • Be highly motivated, driven, and eager to succeed
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Familiarity with job boards and social media platforms
  • Experience supporting onboarding or HR administrative processes
  • Pass pre-employment drug screen & background check
  • Must sign confidentiality, non-disclosure, and non-solicitation agreement
  • Occasional travel to branch locations and hiring events
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Application

Responsibilities

  • Assist the recruiter with day-to-day recruiting activities, including scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communication
  • Communicate with candidates in English and Spanish throughout the hiring and onboarding process
  • Support job postings across multiple platforms and help monitor applicant flow
  • Conduct initial candidate outreach and follow-ups via phone, text, and email
  • Assist with onboarding tasks such as paperwork, background checks, and pre-employment requirements
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Support hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach as needed
  • Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive candidate information
