Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Minimum of 2 years in driver recruiting, transportation, and Tenstreet utilization
• Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with mobile applications
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Pre-screen incoming driver candidate applications
• Make/receive outbound & inbound calls
• Conduct phone interviews with applicants to pre-qualify them
• Follow up with applicants to advise them of the progress of their application
• Document all recruiting activity and status of applications in Tenstreet
• Actively recruit Company roles through various advertisement mediums and lead generation
• Utilize all company resources to complete the recruiting process (Phone, computer, Internet, etc.)
• Track and report on all activities on a routine basis by updating the hiring needs spreadsheet
• Work with Terminal management for staffing needs and requirements
• Understand each job description and benefits/requirements for open jobs
• Perform other related duties as required to meet the ongoing needs of Atomic Transport.
