About The Position

We are seeking a Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) to support full-cycle recruiting efforts for a growing organization. This role partners closely with hiring managers to attract, screen, and hire qualified candidates while delivering an excellent candidate experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, people-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting, staffing, or HR experience
• Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly and/or professional roles
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and community outreach
• Conduct phone screens and interviews in both English and Spanish
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
• Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding processes
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and hiring best practices
• Support recruiting events, job fairs, and community partnerships as needed
