About The Position

We’re seeking an experienced Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) to support high-volume hiring for back-of-house kitchen roles. This is a remote contract role for someone who can move quickly, communicate clearly, and require little ramp-up — while taking pride in delivering quality, consistency, and results.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
  • Proven experience hiring back-of-house kitchen roles
  • Strong attention to detail — accuracy matters at every step
  • Reliable, organized, and accountable for outcomes
  • Comfortable working with urgency and shifting priorities
  • Brings a solutions-first mindset when faced with hiring challenges
  • Takes ownership and follows through without needing close oversight
  • Must be based in the U.S.
  • Must be able to support hiring across multiple U.S. time zones
  • Must have own computer, phone, and reliable internet

Responsibilities

  • Recruit for BOH kitchen roles (Line Cooks, Leads, Kitchen Managers)
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Maintain strong attention to detail across candidate communication and tracking
  • Communicate proactively and clearly with candidates and hiring partners
  • Adjust sourcing strategies when market conditions change
  • Consistently hit weekly and monthly hiring goals
