About The Position

As a Bilingual Recruiter, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients' staffing needs by identifying and placing qualified candidates in high-volume environments. You will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting and use your recruiting expertise to build strong relationships with both candidates and clients.

Requirements

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) - Required.
• Experience in high-volume recruiting, preferably in light industrial or staffing agency settings.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and work under tight deadlines.
• No college degree required - we value experience and results.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for light industrial positions (e.g., warehouse workers, machine operators, assemblers).
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: job posting, interviewing, onboarding, and placement.
• Maintain a high volume of candidate outreach and interviews to meet client demands.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their staffing needs.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of bilingual and skilled talent.
• Utilize recruiting tools, job boards, and social media platforms to source candidates.
• Ensure compliance with company and client standards throughout the hiring process.
