About The Position

The Bilingual Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients at Care Net Pregnancy Center, embodying the center's culture of hospitality and grace. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage responsibilities calmly and joyfully under pressure. The receptionist will handle various administrative tasks while providing excellent customer service in both English and Spanish.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Bilingual in English/Spanish
• Approved DPS, Criminal and CPS background checks
• At least 1-year experience in related field
• Have faith in God and have accepted salvation through His son, Jesus Christ; daily living in a relationship with God that would be evident in your life, through word and deed
• Have strong commitment to the mission of Care Net Pregnancy Center and be in full agreement with Care Net Statements of Principles Purpose and Faith and Mission and Values Statements
• Attend church on a regular basis
• Intermediate skill level with phones and computers, database entry, and Microsoft Office
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Ability to carry out responsibilities with little or no supervision
• Highly organized, self-motivated, dependable and responsible

Responsibilities

• Complete opening and closing duties for the center.
• Greet all clients, vendors, and guests and ensure they are attended to with swiftness and kindness.
• Manage phones and all access to the center and center staff.
• Assist walk-in clients, set appointments, and support the Client Services team by logging no shows and rescheduling appointments.
• Perform clerical duties as assigned.
• Keep lobby and staff room clean, organized and inviting.
• Receive, sort and distribute mail and office supplies.
• Maintain inventory of the staff room/kitchen and submit inventory orders when necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
