About The Position
The Bilingual Receptionist/Dispatcher supports transportation operations by being the first line of contact for all incoming phone calls and directs calls accordingly. This role coordinates assignments and schedules of bus drivers, routes, and vehicles to ensure safe, efficient, and economical transportation services. The dispatcher manages all transportation-related emergency calls, including accidents.
