About The Position
As a Bilingual Real Estate Buyer's Agent with the Reynolds EmpowerHome Team, you will play a crucial role in managing an overflow of buyer referrals generated through our innovative lead generation efforts. Our inside sales team has successfully booked appointments with motivated buyers, and we are seeking dedicated agents to convert these opportunities into successful sales. This position offers a unique chance to work with a high volume of leads, as we generate over 1000 leads weekly, ensuring a steady stream of potential clients. You will receive comprehensive training on how to effectively convert these appointments into sales, with weekly training sessions designed to enhance your skills and increase your success rate. In this role, you will meet with clients to understand their needs and guide them through the entire home buying process. Maintaining consistent communication with clients is essential, as is applying lead follow-up systems to grow your sales pipeline. You will provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction, which is key to generating referrals and building your business. Additionally, you will host monthly open houses, with all leads generated from these events assigned to you. Utilizing our CRM workflow system, you will keep your calendar updated for appointments and participate in Academy Sales Training and weekly sales meetings to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
