About The Position
Greenline Property Management is seeking a dedicated and experienced Bilingual Property Manager to oversee one of our apartment communities in Houston, TX. With a base salary ranging from $50,000 to $55,000, plus performance bonuses, this full-time position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing management firm that owns and manages apartment communities valued at over $160 million. Our commitment to providing high-quality housing and efficient management practices is at the core of our operations. As a Bilingual Property Manager, you will work closely with upper management and ownership, contributing to the overall success of the property and the satisfaction of our residents. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the property, ensuring that both the exterior and interior aesthetics are maintained to the highest standards. You will supervise and coordinate all marketing activities, oversee leasing activities, and actively manage customer satisfaction to improve retention rates. Your ability to communicate effectively with tenants and staff will be crucial in resolving complaints and ensuring a positive living experience for all residents. Additionally, you will be tasked with reviewing daily collections, monitoring work orders, managing the make-ready schedule, and ensuring compliance with all necessary permits.
