The Opportunity: We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Bilingual Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (FNP or AGNP) to join our growing team. This role is perfect for a professional with a strong clinical foundation and an exceptional bedside manner who is passionate about serving an elderly patient base. A collaborating physician is provided to ensure a seamless and supportive clinical environment.

Requirements

• Must be comfortable working with the Adult/Geriatric population.
• Must be bilingual (Spanish fluency highly preferred).
• Exceptional personality and bedside manner: warm, empathetic, a good listener, and capable of building trust with patients.
• Ability to embody an "old-school," patient-centric approach, prioritizing patient needs and making them feel heard and valued.
• Possesses vigor and a desire to work hard and build a strong reputation.
• A trainable, collaborative attitude is essential.
• Nurse Practitioner license to practice in the state of Florida

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to adult and geriatric patients.
• Maintain a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule. (8-5)
• Collaborate with a long-tenured nurse practitioner to learn and embody the practice's specific patient care model.

Benefits

• Pay: Competitive, starting at $120+ per hour.
• Paid Time Off (PTO): 15 days (120 hours) of PTO after 90 days of employment, in addition to 5 paid holidays.
