Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent with 3 - 5 years of relevant experience.
Proven experience in direct education within diverse cultural environments.
Proficiency in healthcare, digital tools, and innovative patient engagement techniques.
Ability to conduct health screenings and demonstrate Prenatal Navigator competencies.
Bilingual English/Spanish is highly desirable.
Experience with electronic health records and patient care in specialized areas such as HIV, gender non-binary, or chronic conditions.
Resilience in managing physical and mental demands.
Agility in adapting to varied work environments and technological advancements.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's Degree in a related field with at least 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities

Conduct pregnancy testing, health screenings, and risk assessments using advanced methodologies.
