About The Position

Reporting to the Plant Human Resources Manager, you will provide HR partnership and support onsite at our Denver, Colorado manufacturing plant. You will be a visible and collaborative resource for plant leadership, salaried employees, and hourly team members, helping foster a positive, engaging, and high‑performance work environment. As a bilingual English/Spanish HR generalist, you will support employee experience, HR operations, staffing support, training, employee relations, and HR program administration while partnering across HR functions to help drive a consistent and people‑focused culture. A Taste of Your Responsibilities Partner with plant leadership, salaried employees, and hourly employees to manage day‑to-day HR operations, including onboarding and offboarding flow, responding to employee questions and concerns, tracking attendance and leave, administering FMLA and Colorado Family Leave benefits, and coordinating payroll submissions. Provide coaching and guidance to plant leadership on HR programs and employee matters, and support employee relations practices including leading the full lifecycle of employee relations investigations from intake through resolution. Manage HR program administration and ensure compliance with EEO/AAP and related employment regulations, including retention, termination, turnover, leaves of absence, and severance activity. Partner with HR centers of excellence and cross‑functional teams including Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, Legal, and Talent Acquisition. Conduct analysis and provide insights that support organizational decisions. Ingredients Required for Your Success Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field. 3+ years of professional Human Resources experience in a manufacturing setting. Fluent in English and Spanish. Experience with ERISA, EEOC, and DOL regulations. Experience communicating with employees and leaders, building effective working relationships, and partnering with supervisors on day‑to-day people practices, including collaboration with Talent Acquisition on staffing needs. Experience with FMLA, Colorado’s Family and Medical Leave Insurance (FAMLI), and Colorado employment laws, along with benefits and compensation administration, market pricing, labor law, and organizational development. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, UKG or similar systems, and HRIS platforms. Experience or desire to manage conflict and mediation needs in a dynamic environment while developing consulting relationships and influencing leaders through partnership and coaching. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
