Cascade AIDS Project is excited to announce that we are hiring skilled and team-oriented Bilingual Peer Navigator. The Bilingual Peer Navigator works with Cascade AIDS Project’s (CAP) SW Washington team to provide high-quality, strengths-based peer support and navigation services to people living with HIV. The Peer Navigator will support clients in engaging with medical care, adhering to medication, accessing benefits and supportive resources, and reducing barriers to health and wellness. Drawing on lived experience, cultural humility, and fluency in both English and Spanish, the Peer Navigator helps reduce stigma and isolation, builds social connections, and empowers clients to self-advocate within health and social service systems. This role requires collaboration with medical case managers, providers, housing staff, and other community partners to ensure coordinated care and support. This is a Part-Time role working at our Vancouver location in SW Washington The schedule for this role 3 days a week 9:00am-5:00pm Fully in office.Starting pay is $29.85. The Bilingual Peer Navigator Pay increases with tenure and the top of the pay scale is $34.66. This is a union represented position, so the compensation, benefits and conditions of work are collectively bargained.
