Role Summary: The Account Representative will work with backend staff to effectively complete the Medicaid application process and initiate client reimbursement through effective account processing. The Sr. Account Representative will also partner Partners with the Processing Leaders and Service Line Manager to ensure that patient needs are met, as well as provide coaching to other account representatives and implements best practices for all account representatives to ensure highest level of processing and service. Requirements

  • Experience in dealing with state Medicaid

  • Flexible and adaptive
  • Associates degree preferred or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

  • Obtains all needed documents from patients
  • Partner with Trainer, Team Leader, and Manager to create and provide additional educational opportunities for Account Reps based on needs
  • Complete monthly quality audits and provide results to leadership
  • Review closed accounts to ensure backend processes were completed corrected
  • Strategize with Team Leader to move change direction of trends
  • Provide office support to account rep team when Team Leader is not in the office
  • Connect weekly with Team leader to review noticed trends and areas of concern
