The Bilingual Parts Order Clerk plays a crucial role in assisting customers with their pick-up orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the order management process. This position requires proficiency in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with customers and handle various tasks related to parts orders in a warehouse environment.

Requirements

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a warehouse setting.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate safe practices when operating a forklift.
  • Capability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve department goals.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer service-focused work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with pick-up orders in both English and Spanish.
  • Perform core inspections during customer pick-up to ensure accuracy.
  • Manage unclaimed parts orders and keep accurate records.
  • Notify customers of orders that are ready for pick-up.
  • Handle return paperwork in the customer pick-up area.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
