About The Position

Join our growing team at West Palm Beach! We’re seeking a motivated and bilingual Outside Sales Representative to help drive expansion at our West Palm Beach branch and along the East Coast. In this key role, you’ll lead the charge in expanding our Outdoor and Patio product line by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that reflect our commitment to quality and design. Your bilingual communication skills will be essential in connecting with a diverse customer base, broadening our market reach, and fostering a more inclusive client experience. You’ll also be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans that align with our company’s goals—all while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This role goes beyond traditional sales. Requirements

  • 3+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in Patio and Outdoor Products.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet sales targets.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated territory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of new and existing customers in the outdoor living and patio product market
  • Conduct in-person visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to contractors, designers, retailers, or homeowners
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate product solutions
  • Prepare accurate quotes and close sales contracts
  • Collaborate with internal teams on order fulfillment, inventory, and customer service
  • Attend trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to promote products
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
