Our client is seeking a professional, bilingual Office Coordinator to serve as the face of the office and a key administrative support partner to internal teams. As the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors, the Office Coordinator plays a critical role in creating a welcoming, organized, and efficient office environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
  • 1+ years of experience in a receptionist, office coordinator, or administrative support role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting construction or engineering (ideal)

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and warmth
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls in English and Spanish
  • Manage front desk operations, including mail distribution, deliveries, and office supplies
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, and appointments as needed
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, document preparation, and correspondence
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception and common areas
  • Support project teams and leadership with general administrative needs
  • Assist with special projects and cross‑departmental support as assigned
