The Bilingual Network Liaison is responsible for creating a dynamic database designed to improve the health and well-being of the families impacted by the Zero Tolerance Policy. The Bilingual Network Liaison identifies and employs comprehensive strategies that maximize partnerships and support the implementation of a streamlined referral process. Through comprehensive assessments, collaboration, and networking, Bilingual Network Liaisons are key players in developing and expanding our nation-wide network of mental health providers. Bilingual Network Liaisons collaborate with administrators of various organizations to obtain accurate referral source information to meet or exceed strategic partnership growth goals, acquire new partnerships, and negotiate cost of services to help maximize resources available to families. Bilingual Network Liaisons work with the other Network Liaisons and the Director of Partnerships to plan, create, update frameworks, and data collection procedures that will include all requirements needed so that Case Managers are able to successfully refer families to services. About Todo Por Mi Familia (TPMF) Todo Por Mi Familia is a federally funded nationwide program created by Seneca in March 2020. TPMF has worked tirelessly to locate and support families that were separated at the border, connecting them with free mental health services they need. TPMF offers the following services to eligible families: (1) pre-reunification counseling to still-separated families awaiting reunification; (2) parenting and psychosocial supports to reunified families in the United States; (3) referrals to behavioral health treatment to still separated children and reunified families in the United States; and (4) related case management services. So far, we have reunited over 1,300 families, connecting them with more than 500 mental health providers across 39 states. About Seneca Seneca has been nominated among the Bay Area’s Top Workplaces for several consecutive years. We’re committed to providing traditionally marginalized communities with a network of excellent mental health, community-based, and educational services. We are committed to building a diverse staff. Our programs deeply engage in conversations and training on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion to bring equity and justice to the youth and families we serve.
