About The Position

FLS is a national construction staffing agency specializing in providing skilled concrete and trade professionals to projects across the U.S. We partner with top contractors to deliver reliable, safety-driven workforce solutions while supporting our employees with consistent opportunities and strong communication. We are seeking a Bilingual National Staffing Recruiter (English/Spanish) experienced in recruiting for concrete and skilled trades . This role plays a key part in sourcing and placing qualified talent nationwide while maintaining strong relationships with both candidates and client partners. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced staffing environment, understands the demands of large-scale construction projects, and can balance recruiting, compliance, and workforce coordination across multiple markets.

Requirements

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
  • 2+ years of recruiting or staffing experience (concrete recruiting experience strongly preferred)
  • Strong understanding of concrete and general trade construction roles
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume recruiting and multiple job orders simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms and job boards (Indeed, Facebook, etc.)
  • Team-oriented with a proactive and professional approach
  • 3+ years

Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and onboard concrete trade professionals nationwide (form setters, finishers, laborers, operators, and foremen)
  • Manage job postings, candidate pipelines, and placement schedules across multiple regions
  • Coordinate placements with Account Managers and clients to meet project timelines and staffing goals
  • Maintain compliance with company and client hiring standards, including documentation and safety requirements
  • Build long-term relationships with field employees through clear communication, reliability, and follow-up
  • Track performance, availability, and job-site feedback to support employee retention and client satisfaction
  • Assist with job-site check-ins, new hire orientations, and workforce mobilization as needed
