About The Position

Customer Service Specialists at Sherwin-Williams work closely with both wholesale and retail customers. Their primary responsibilities include determining customer needs, answering questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommending appropriate solutions. They are also expected to promptly resolve customer concerns to ensure maximum client satisfaction. Specialists must stay updated with product features and maintain the high quality and visual standards of products and the store. The role requires achieving excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store’s sales goals. This is a full-time position, and the individual will be expected to work at stores within a 15-mile radius of Store #708674, located at 1808 W. Main Street, Battle Ground, WA 98604.

Requirements

  • Ability to work at stores within a 15-mile radius of Store #708674
  • Successful completion of a criminal history review
