Acrisure Mortgage is seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Loan Officer to step into an established builder account in Fort Myers, FL. This role offers built-in lead flow, strong referral partnerships, and the support you need to close efficiently.

Requirements

• Active Florida NMLS license
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• 3–5 years of mortgage experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust quickly

Nice To Haves

• Experience working builder accounts is a plus

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with a builder and on-site sales team to convert buyer traffic into funded loans
• Visit builder communities regularly and build strong relationships
• Guide borrowers through the full mortgage process from application to closing
• Recommend the right loan solutions (Conventional, FHA, VA)
• Manage your pipeline and deliver a smooth, well-communicated experience
