We provide training for candidates with excellent communication and customer service skills, irrespective of their previous work experience. A successful Mortgage Collector should be goal-oriented and excel in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

• Bilingual (Spanish/English)

Responsibilities

• Initiating and receiving incoming and outgoing phone calls
• Establishing repayment schedules
• Facilitating receipt of payments via ACH and other methods
• Confirming data on the customer's account
• Achieving the departmental delinquency goals
