Requirements

  • Candidate should have two/four-year degree or equivalent experience with 1-2 years retail experience and good interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Able to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Able to work flexible schedule with possible evenings or weekends

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the store setup with the owners or managers.
  • Verify customer pricing to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
  • Coordinate delivery schedules with both drivers and customers.
  • Oversee product inventory and evaluate opportunities for markdowns, promotions, price adjustments, clearances, and other strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure store shelves are well-maintained, and the inventory is properly organized, including the arrangement of point-of-purchase materials.
  • Align the constructive expectations of customers with the objectives of companies.
  • Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to forecast product needs and manage inventory.
  • Assisting sales representatives and placing orders when necessary.
