About The Position

Some of Georgia's most vulnerable young people—Spanish-speaking youth navigating the juvenile justice system—need therapists who understand their language, their experiences, and their potential. At Sunny Days Therapeutics, you'll provide trauma-informed care that can genuinely change the trajectory of a young person's life. We're looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) licensed therapist to join our growing telehealth practice serving justice-involved youth and young adults across Georgia.

Requirements

Master's degree in Social Work
Active Georgia license (LCSW or LMSW) or license-eligible
Fluency in English and Spanish
Substance Abuse Certification (CADC, CAADC, or equivalent)
Experience with adolescents or high-risk populations
Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles
Professional liability insurance

Responsibilities

Deliver individual and family therapy via our secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform to Spanish-speaking youth involved with the Department of Juvenile Justice
Conduct comprehensive mental health and diagnostic assessments
Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans using evidence-based approaches (CBT, TF-CBT, Motivational Interviewing, anger management)
Perform suicide risk assessments and safety planning
Support clients working through trauma, behavioral challenges, substance use, and reentry transitions
Collaborate with probation officers, courts, schools, and caregivers
Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation
