About The Position
IXL Learning, developer of personalized learning products used by millions of people globally, is seeking an upbeat, focused, and detailed individual to join the Membership Sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with customers and responding to incoming inquiries. In this role, you will use your bilingual skills in English and Spanish to provide customer support to our Rosetta Stone and IXL users. This person must be well-organized and extremely personable. We are looking for a quick learner who is flexible and can take on a variety of projects. This position is for a Bilingual Membership Specialist who is passionate about and dedicated to providing the highest quality of service to our growing customer base. This is a full-time position in our San Mateo, CA headquarters office. The work schedule for this role is Monday-Friday in the office with the option to work from home one day per week.
