We’re seeking a motivated and energetic Bilingual (English/Spanish) Member Experience Specialist who is passionate about delivering exceptional member service and making a real impact in the financial lives of our members. In this role, you’ll be the voice of our organization and establish trust with every interaction. We believe banking should be personal, friendly, and even a little fun. Requirements

  • Fluency in English/Spanish is required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required.
  • Friendly and clear verbal and written communication.
  • Solid tech skills (comfortable with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and learning new systems).
  • A calm, helpful attitude even when things get busy.
  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset with a passion for helping others.
  • The ability to stay organized, multitask, and stay cool under pressure.
  • Great communication—listening, explaining, and being awesome with people.

Nice To Haves

  • Call center experience preferred.
  • Experience in financial services, banking, or credit unions is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional and effective service to members.
  • Answer inbound calls, support members with financial transactions, and turn questions into helpful solutions.
  • Take ownership of issues—resolving concerns on the spot when possible. Be empowered to make things right.
  • Guiding members through account features and helping them understand their options.
  • Cross-offer and educate members on products and services tailored to their financial goals.
