About The Position

The Bilingual Medicare Support Specialist is responsible for managing Medicare enrollments, providing customer support to agents, and ensuring timely processing of applications. This role requires proficiency in both Spanish and English, as well as strong administrative skills to handle inquiries and maintain documentation in the CRM system. The position is onsite in Tampa and offers a full-time schedule with a focus on delivering quality service and identifying process improvements.
