Responsibilities

• Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner
• Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff
• Communicate with insurance companies for proper billing procedures
• Escort patients to exam rooms
• Room patients, take vitals, and inform clinicians of patient arrivals
• Discuss patients' health history for necessary forms
• Prepare treatment rooms for doctors
• Direct patients to the lab for tests and deliver test results to the pediatrician
• File documents of patients' treatments while maintaining confidentiality
• Assist in scheduling patients' appointments and updating them on changes
• Carry out tests and immunizations as per pediatrician's instructions
• Facilitate patient check-ins and check-outs
• Supervise cleaning staff and ensure hygiene standards are met
• Inspect clinic equipment for damage and malfunction
• Document treatment activities using the computer
• Collect and verify patients' insurance information for claims
