About The Position

The Bilingual Marketing Admin role is essential for providing administrative support across the Administration, Marketing, and Accounting departments, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations. This position involves a variety of tasks including office management, travel coordination, event planning, and report creation, requiring strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Must be fully bilingual in Spanish.
  • Associate's degree in Business Technology, Communications, or a related field; or 2+ years of administrative experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); SAP BI and Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage travel arrangements and coordinate meetings.
  • Assist with expense reports and provide general office support, including document management and phone coordination.
  • Organize trade shows, seminars, and sales meetings, including logistics, booth staffing, and promotional items.
  • Assist with email campaigns, lead follow-ups, and Salesforce support.
  • Provide front desk coverage, greet visitors, handle incoming calls, and manage office supplies and equipment.
