About The Position

Picture this: the clock strikes the start of third shift. You gather a crew of machine operators and assemblers around the work cell, switch between English and Spanish with ease, and translate the night’s priorities into clear assignments. You scan the boards, expedite hot work orders, and align everyone to the targets for safety, quality, accuracy, and throughput. As the shift unfolds, you’re on the floor—auditing equipment conditions, resolving bottlenecks with maintenance and engineering, partnering with Quality and Logistics, and updating the ERP so leadership sees reliable numbers in real time. You coach, you train, you recalibrate the plan, and by shift-end you’ve hit schedule, trimmed scrap, and closed with a crisp report.
