Bilingual Licensed Therapist (Spanish Speaking Preferred)
About The Position
We're looking for a licensed or provisionally licensed, Spanish-speaking therapist who is passionate about delivering culturally competent mental health care to diverse communities. Position Summary: We are seeking licensed and provisionally licensed therapists to join our team. Ideal candidates will manage a balanced caseload with full clinical support and mentorship. Requirements
- Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field
- Clinical license (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, LPCA, MFTA, CSW) or provisional licensure in Kentucky
- Strong diagnostic and crisis intervention skills
- Familiarity with office technology and Electronic Health Records
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage a diverse client base

Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couple, family, or group therapy in Spanish and English
- Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans
- Provide individual therapy sessions (options for creating groups as well)
- Collaborate with medical professionals for comprehensive care
- Participate in clinical staff meetings and training
- Maintain documentation per company policies and timelines
- For Full-Time status clinicians must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week
