About The Position

Antonyan Miranda, LLP is seeking a reliable, professional, and bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Legal Receptionist to join our Temecula office serving the Inland Empire. This role is essential to creating a welcoming, organized, and efficient front office while supporting our family law team with administrative coordination. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and client-focused. You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors and play a key role in ensuring the office runs smoothly each day.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Strong reliability, professionalism, and punctuality
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable with office technology and learning legal software
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming calls in English and Spanish
  • Manage mail, deliveries, and legal service logs
  • Maintain reception areas, conference rooms, and breakroom supplies
  • Assist with client intake and onboarding using firm software
  • Coordinate office calendars and track support logs
  • Submit work orders and assist with facility maintenance requests
  • Communicate with clients and staff regarding scheduling and case updates
  • Maintain and organize electronic files and documents
  • Scan, copy, and save documents in the firm’s case management system
  • Assist attorneys and staff with administrative tasks as needed
