About The Position
The Bilingual Leasing Specialist at Regal Towers Apartments is responsible for supporting property management by maintaining leasing traffic and closing new leases to meet occupancy goals. This role requires excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as compliance with Fair Housing regulations. The specialist will assist in maintaining the physical appearance of the community and ensuring that all properties meet local, state, and federal codes. The position is full-time and requires a proactive, self-motivated individual who can work with limited supervision.
