Requirements

  • 6+ months of apartment leasing experience
  • Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish & English
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
  • Reliable transportation
  • Professionalism, enthusiasm, and a passion for customer service

Nice To Haves

  • Familiar with leasing software (e.g., Yardi, OneSite, BlueMoon - a plus!)

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist current and prospective residents
  • Conduct property tours and highlight community features
  • Process applications and prepare lease agreements
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in person
  • Use your customer service or sales experience to meet leasing goals
  • Assist with marketing efforts, resident events, and retention strategies
  • Light administrative tasks like filing, answering phones, and making coffee
