About The Position

We are seeking a bilingual English–Spanish Leasing Consultant who is personable, organized, and customer-focused. This role requires someone who enjoys helping prospective residents, thrives on delivering a high level of service, and communicates clearly across both languages. You will be the primary point of contact for inquiries, leasing conversations, scheduling, follow-ups, and guiding applicants through the rental process. You will work remotely but function as a seamless extension of our on-site leasing team, maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and hospitality in every interaction.

Requirements

  • Bilingual English & Spanish (professional fluency in both required)
  • Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and customer-facing
  • Experience in residential leasing, hospitality, customer service, or call center support
  • Ability to manage CRM/Property Management systems (, Yardi is a plus)
  • Competent with Microsoft Office, and structured follow-up workflows
  • Comfortable working in U.S. time zones and PST-aligned schedules
  • Personable, warm, and service-driven
  • Strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail
  • Ability to stay organized while handling multiple prospects
  • Fast learner with a proactive mindset
  • Calm, solution-oriented communicator
  • Ability to be self-directed and disciplined. Report on daily activity to supervisor.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inquiries from prospective residents via phone, email, text, and chat in both English and Spanish
  • Provide detailed information about property features, availability, pricing, and leasing terms
  • Conduct virtual tours or assist in scheduling in-person tours with on-site teams
  • Manage leads, track communications, and keep CRM/PM systems updated
  • Assist applicants with the rental application process, documentation, and follow-ups
  • Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects and execute timely follow-through
  • Support resident communication when needed (renewals, general questions, service escalations)
  • Collaborate daily with property managers, maintenance, and other internal teams
