About The Position
SA Recycling is looking for a Lead Welder who will support our Georgia Region. The Lead Welder must be Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) and will be responsible for leading a team with repairing and maintaining a metal recycling shredder along with rail car repair and other metal recycling equipment as needed. The welder will be responsible for cutting and joining metals and other materials, using the appropriate equipment. The Lead welder must be competent in using welding equipment; follow all established safety precautions; have the ability to work odd angles; have a steady hand and a great attention to detail. Knowledge of different metals and their properties is also highly desired.
