The Lead Cleaner is responsible for giving direction, motivation, and guidance to a team of cleaners. This position involves overseeing cleaning operations in assigned buildings, managing security of keys and access cards, and ensuring that the premises are secured at all times. The Lead Cleaner will also coordinate work assignments, assist with training new hires, and report performance issues to the Supervisor. The role requires effective communication between team members, clients, customers, and management, as well as the ability to manage schedules and oversee the quality of jobs completed by the cleaning crew.
