About The Position

PPG Quality is seeking a Bilingual Lead (Spanish/English) to support operations on location. This is a working lead role that combines hands-on material handling with leadership and translation support. The Bilingual Lead will physically perform the job alongside team members while serving as a communication bridge between employees and leadership. This role is essential to maintaining productivity, safety, and team coordination. This position is physically demanding and requires consistent movement and manual labor throughout the shift.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
• Ability to perform continuous physical work for extended periods
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude

Nice To Haves

• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or material handling environments preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform material handling duties throughout the shift
• Push carts from kitting areas to production lines and designated cells
• Deliver materials to multiple workstations as required
• Work directly on the floor alongside team members
• Serve as a translator between Spanish-speaking employees and leadership
• Communicate instructions, policies, and safety requirements clearly
• Support attendance, productivity, and workflow coordination
• Assist supervisors with daily operational needs
• Promote a safe, organized, and professional work environment
