As an Infant or Toddler Teacher at Kïdo, you’ll: Provide warm, responsive care while building strong relationships with children and families. Support developmental milestones through engaging activities and our rich, easy-to-use curriculum, while adding your own creative ideas. Communicate with families daily through conversations, messaging, and photos to share each child’s growth and learning. Collaborate with your teaching team to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment. Bring energy, patience, and passion to every day as you help children learn, explore, and thrive.

Requirements

  • HS Diploma/GED required
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Experience working in a licensed preschool or childcare setting
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English required
  • Legally authorized to work in the US

Nice To Haves

  • A bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or related field, OR
  • A CDA (Child Development Associate Certification)
  • 2–3 years’ experience in an infant/toddler classroom or Montessori school setting
