Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or Supply Chain Management is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in Transportation.
• Bilingual in Korean and English.
• Knowledge of applicable Transportation regulations and best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suites (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in a transportation management system (TMS) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the journey of customer products from start to finish, ensuring accuracy in load information and resolving issues with precision and speed.
• Collaborate with internal and external resources to troubleshoot issues and facilitate corrective actions on loads.
• Conduct daily update calls with stakeholders, create summary reports for leadership, and manage after-hours coverage.
• Identify, measure, and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and interpret various instructions to solve complex problems.
