Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
- Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (required)
- Minimum 3 years of inventory control or logistics experience.
- 1+ years of supervisory or team lead experience.
- Experience using WMS, SAP, or similar inventory systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access) and data visualization tools.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with ability to interact with multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Supervise inventory control processes, including cycle counting, stock reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution.
- Ensure alignment between physical inventory, warehouse management systems (WMS), and customer systems.
- Manage control processes for non-conforming products and quality holds.
- Oversee inbound and outbound product verifications to minimize discrepancies.
- Support preparation for customer and regulatory audits.
- Monitor and analyze inventory performance metrics to identify trends and root causes.
- Develop and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly inventory accuracy reports.
- Recommend corrective actions based on inventory analysis and follow up to ensure effectiveness.
- Support customer reporting requirements with accurate, timely data.
- Supervise, coach, and develop Inventory Control Analysts and Clerks.
- Provide training, guidance, and feedback to ensure team compliance with policies and standards.
- Conduct performance reviews and support career development plans.
- Build a team culture focused on accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with Customer Service to research and resolve OS&D (overages, shortages, and damages).
- Work with warehouse operations to implement and maintain effective inventory controls.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance to support audits and product integrity requirements.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding inventory-related concerns and resolutions.
- Identify process improvements that enhance accuracy and reduce costs.
- Participate in Lean or Six Sigma projects related to inventory optimization.
- Promote and enforce safe work practices, ensuring team participation in site safety programs.
- Perform other related job duties as assigned or required
