Responsibilities: The Bilingual Key Holder is responsible for helping to oversee the day-to-day activities of the location, ensure that the site is managed and performing efficiently and effectively. The Bilingual Key Holder is also the driving force behind a motivated team, working in a fast-paced environment to help shape the image of ModWash that will impact the business, its employees, and our communities.
Requirements
- A high school diploma
- Be fluent in both writing and speaking the English and Spanish languages
- Strong interpersonal skills
- A willingness to learn and grow
- Passion to train and motivate team members
- A positive attitude
- Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and seasons (heat of the summer, cold of the winter)
- Be on your feet for extended periods of time/ the entire work shift
- Physically able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, step to perform job duties
- Ability to carry, lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 pounds
- Alert and able to maneuver around moving vehicles and equipment
- Safely climb and maneuver a 12ft ladder
- Respond quickly to sounds
- Move safely over uneven terrain and in confined spaces
- See clearly and respond to dangerous situations
- Must have the ability to be mobile and engaged with all ModTeam members and customers at pay station, tunnel entrance, and vacuum lot
Responsibilities
- Effectively maintain the on-site equipment and troubleshoot when needed
- Assist in overseeing the productivity, breaks, and safety of all employees
- Continuously seek ways to improve the business
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies and procedures
- Take responsibility when General Manager or Assistant General Manager is offsite
- Own all opening and closing responsibilities
- Perform other related duties as assigned
