Bilingual Interpreters (Independent Contractors)
About The Position
We are currently seeking bilingual interpreters to provide in-person interpretation services throughout the Greater Cincinnati area. With Ohio State School Testing approaching in April, we anticipate a high demand for interpreter support to assist students during testing. If you are bilingual and passionate about supporting your community, we would love to work with you! Position Details Role: Independent Contractor Interpreter Location: On-site at schools across Greater Cincinnati Schedule: Flexible Hours: Most assignments are weekdays between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Peak Season: April (State Testing Period) Languages in Highest Demand Spanish Uzbek French Russian All languages are welcome and encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency (English and another language)
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work on-site
- Willingness to complete required onboarding steps to become active
- Interest in supporting students and the community
Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and professional in-person interpretation for students and staff
- Assist during school testing and educational activities
