The Bilingual Inside Sales Specialist position is an entry-level role within Hilti's Account Manager Development Program, designed for motivated individuals passionate about sales. This role involves comprehensive training and development over 12-18 months, preparing candidates for future outside sales positions. The specialist will engage with Hilti customers, providing exceptional service and technical expertise while achieving profitable sales and understanding customer needs.

  • Influence and serve all Hilti customers, including internal team members and Account Managers.
  • Achieve profitable sales and provide timely customer service.
  • Understand and address specialized customer needs and requirements.
  • Participate in the Account Management Development Program to prepare for an outside sales role.
  • Complete hands-on training and participate in a full sales and product training curriculum.
  • Verbal and written fluency in English and Spanish.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous customer service and/or sales skills preferred.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Drive to develop strong and sustainable customer relationships.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to relocate within 12-18 months.
